What is a Community Plan?

The Sedona Community Plan is the city's general land use plan that helps guide future decision-making and development.

Why are we updating the plan?

The State of Arizona requires communities to have a long-range general plan, and that it be readopted or updated every 10 years.

Where are the boundaries of the plan?

• The city limits of Sedona (see map below)
• The plan does not include the Village of Oak Creek, Oak Creek Canyon, or the Red Rock Loop Road (south of the High School).
