Western Gateway CFA Plan

The plan was completed in 2016 and amended in 2022. The CFA Plan addresses 3 character areas, and the City-owned Westen Gateway property is within the Cultural Park Character District.

 

What is a Community Focus Area (CFA) Plan?

The Sedona Community Plan identifies a CFA as an area with development or redevelopment potential where the community's goals and vision can be more specifically applied. The CFA plan addresses land use, circulation, environment, and community issues. CFA Plans are considered addendums to the Sedona Community Plan, and also serve as a guide to future development, but at a smaller scale with attributes unique to this location.
