Although a water tank is needed for so much development it's an eyesore and who would want that.

Sedona is overgrowing! This height and density is appalling and completely unnecessary. Don't spoil our city for the sake of development. Open space with trails and activities not buildings and parking lots. Inappropriate and insult to Sedona's!

7 stories is an unreasonable height for housing in this area. The housing plans are too close to the existing FS trails like outer limits and bottom out. If housing is required at this location, it should be limited to at most 2 stories and located near 89A not the existing FS trails.

Taller structures should be on 89A not next to the Forest and trail system.

This corner is closest to the trails in all designs (Outer Limits and Bottom Out). In all designs - 1) don't put anything tall here that obstructs experience / views of trail users 2) pay to have the trails moved, so the development does not sit on top of the trails and impact the trail experience.

71% of survey respondents indicated Support for a City and Forest Service partnership to build an enhanced and expanded trailhead? None of the designs show this and no communication of trails/pathways to get to the FS trails and Girdner TH.

I attended the first meeting And at least 50% of the attendees wanted some sort of music venue? What happened to that? Looks to me like it was completely ignored?
Also what about the existing trails and access to them. Looks like outer limits and bottom out are being completely disregarded.
