Should be a separate block for this Norwest Corner and be 3 stories like block 7 and 5 to limit viewshed impacts for sunset viewers at TH and proposed community park.

This 2-3 story building shown here is listed as 4 stories in the following pages. Should be broken out into its own block in the program study page. The 2-3 stories is a good height that will not impact sunset viewing.

• Bicycle & Pedestrian page is poor and not thorough.
o Needs to show how trails and paths will connect to existing USFS trails.
 Controlled access points
o Needs to outline what will enhance the user experience
 Proper grades, corner radiuses, in slope and out slope of trail/pathways surfaces

Playground and surface lot will impact the western view of sunset. Both would be better situated on the Southern boundary of the park
